The Tropical Ravine - the roof

There are birch and sycamore trees growing out of the roof and between the glazing bars. In the lower right picture you can see the bent glazing bars, broken panes and tufts of grass. It is proposed that the replacement roof will include the original apex design which allowed much easier maintenance.
